How to order from this website?

Select product tab across the top.
Select a category from the product menu on the left. Then select the product you are considering to buy, and read the information about the product to make an informed decision. If there are any reviews on this product read them as they may help your decision.

Some products come in various sizes with different prices. Scroll down to below the information on the product & if that product comes in different sizes it will say available options, just click on the arrow beside the box, pick your size & click on add to cart.

Select as many items as you wish. Note: If you require more than one of any item once you add it to your shopping cart change the quantity from 1 to your required number & click on update. This will re-calculate the total.

If you want to do more shopping click on continue shopping.

You can review your selections - and remove any items from your list - by clicking on the arrow, next to the word shopping cart on the top right hand side.

When you're finished, click on checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order.

You will be asked to sign in either as a new customer or (if you have registered before) as a returning customer.

Registering an account is free and there is no commitment to buy
It takes only a minute or so, but you will be asked to provide an email address and create a password. Your email address will be used to log on, send out a new password if you forget your old one, and to confirm any orders, so it is important to use a valid email address.

Passwords and other account details can be updated at any time by clicking on My Account on the top right hand side. Here you can view past orders, change your password; update your details and more.

Once you have logged in, selected your items and arrived at the Checkout, you will be taken to the Delivery Information page where your Ordering Address (postal address) will be displayed before you can proceed. You may change this address if you wish, or simply click Continue to proceed, choose your payment option, and confirm your order & then you are finished.

The Benefits of Creating an Account
Creating an account will make shopping easier, everytime you go to log in just fill in your email address and password. You will also be able to do & have access to the following:

* You will be kept up to date with the latest specials.

* You will be able to keep track of orders.

* If you don't get a chance to finish off an order, it will keep it for you so that you can come back to it.

* 5 Address book entries - to send products to other addresses on your behalf.

* View or change your account information.

* Change your password.

* View past orders.

* Subscribe or un-subscribe from the newsletter.

* View or change your product notification list.

Security for online orders
Our online ordering system is secure. Your credit card details are scrambled using industry-standard 24-bit encryption and sent to a secure area of our server. Once your order is processed, we remove your credit card details from our system.

GST
Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST of 10% will be included in prices where applicable.
Goods sold outside Australia are exempt from GST.

If a product is not available at time of purchase
If you place your order & an item you have paid for is not available, we will send the rest of your order & when that item becomes available ship it to you at our expense.

Four Purchasing Options
 1) Online credit card order through our website using PayPal.
 2) Online order without credit card details, then send us a cheque or money order to pay & a copy of your order.
 3) Direct Deposit into our bank account.
 4) Fax or Phone Credit details through.

Cheque/Money Order Payment
If you don't want to supply credit card details online, you can still submit an online order, choosing the "Pay by cheque option during checkout, then post us a cheque or money order. Write cheques or money orders out to "1st Choice Organic & Natural Products", and write your order number on the back of the envelope.

Direct Deposit
If you choose this option once you have submitted your order online choose the direct deposit as a payment option, this will complete your order & the bank details will be sent direct to your email address so you can pay for your order. Once payment is received your order will be sent.

Fax or Phone Credit Card Details
If you choose this option once you have submitted your order online choose the "fax or Phone Credit Card details tthrough" as a payment option, click continue, then you will have the option to "print out fax submission form". Click this option which will then open up into another window. Click "confirm order" & this will complete your order. Print out the fax submission form, fill it out & either fax it through or phone it through.

Bartercard Orders
Customers that would like to place orders using Bartercard will have to pay for the shipping of their orders.

The options available are the following:

Interstate Orders:
1a) You can choose TNT, in which we will get a price for you (inc. insurance) to deposit the money into our account. Once this is done we will let them dispatch your order. Your order can then be tracked by you at www.tnt.com.au.

PLEASE NOTE: TNT will not deliver to a PO box so please supply an actual address. They also will not leave your order unless under instruction to do so. If they have to re-deliver there will be extra costs involved that they will charge me for & I will have to charge you.
To avoid this all drivers will be instructed to leave your goods at the front door if no one is home to collect, unless otherwise stated on your order.
We will not be held liable for stolen goods due to unsafe surroundings. If you are unsure about having your goods left at the front door please request that they be sent to another address where there will be someone home to receive them.

1b) If you have a TNT account you are more than welcome to arrange pick up.
2) You can choose Australia Post via COD.
3) You can pay $T100 on Bartercard, depending on the size of your order.

Local Orders:
1) You can pay $T50 on Bartercard, depending on the size of your order.
2) You can choose Australia Post via COD.

On the LHS there is a list of Categories, click on BARTERCARD, this lists all the products available on this site through Bartercard. The list will be continually updated with more lines, so it pays to check weekly.

Once you have view the list log in if you are a returning customer, or register if you are a new customer. Pick your products, adjust any amounts in you shopping cart, proceed to checkout, check your details are correct, pick your shipping method option "Bartercard Customers Only", continue to payment information, choose Fax Your Bartercard Information, click continue, click Produce Form, confirm order, fill out your Bartercard details on the form & fax it through to us.

Please Note: Not all products are available through Bartercard, but you are more than welcome to purchase them with cash if you wish. If there is a certain product on my site that you would like to purchase using Bartercard that is not in the list just email me & I will consider it.

Overseas orders
Contact us before ordering from overseas so we can calculate postage and remove GST. If you are contacting us by phone or fax please use the appropriate prefix.
